Please use this ORDER FORM Print out and mail, or fax the form. For email orders just provide the information requested, the form is not necessary.

Email Your Order: for Credit Card- MasterCard or Visa orders: You can send a list of books wanted, your complete mailing address and a phone number contact (necessary). We do not recommend placing your entire CC number in the body of one email, Do so at your own risk. (tip: split the card number information into two emails). If you decide to order this way, the expiration date must be included as well as the exact name on the card. (All credit card orders foreign or domestic must provide full delivery information and phone number .)
For accurate credit card ordering the actual BILLING address is needed to verify and protect your card. Each credit card order will receive a printed copy of the charge slip.

You can send a check , or money order, for the cost of each book ( for US shipment), plus $5.45 for Media Mail (US Book Rate) for one book, $6.55 for 2 -5 books. ( Priority Mail is $6.55 for one book, arrives in 1-7 days) $8.00 for 2-3 books, $9.00 4-5 books,
or $12.00 for UPS (up to 3 books) California residents must add 7.25% sales tax to the order (not more, no matter your local tax rate).

For International orders - We ship Global Priority Mail..to all countries with this service. For example UK / Western Europe cost for 1-3 books -or 4 pounds weight. is $12.00, Canada- $9.00-$20 ( I use UPS ground on high $$ orders to Canada. Countries not served by Global mail can have Air Mail delivery for about $12-$70. based on weight, and number of books.
International Rates for Canada 1-4 books $9.-$20.+. US
Some books are heavy and only one book will fit per mailer, up to 5 small books will fit in one package. We will advise you of freight mail cost on your order.

Returns Policy Sometimes a book is not what you expected, and you want to return it. You may return any new or used book within 10 days. You will receive a refund, less 20% restocking fee, on the cost of the book. I'm sorry but we do not refund shipping charges. Wrap the book securely and mail back by bookrate to Taylor Publishing, along with your name and address, and a copy of your receipt. (Your address is important to receive your refund.) Please email or call me to alert the book is being returned. Books kept over 3 weeks can't be refunded.
